When Seed offered to send me 60 days of free daily probiotics to try, I jumped at the opportunity! I’m not totally new to probiotics. A couple years ago, my doctor and nutritionist suggested adding daily probiotics to my diet to help combat some digestive issues I’d been having. I did my research and made a list of the best reviewed probiotics. Seed was at the top of my list but sticker shock crossed it off back then. Turns out it’s worth every penny! My skin is clearer, my poops are easier, and I can eat practically anything. Heard enough and want to try: CLICK HERE! Keep reading to learn more.
Per the directions, I took one capsule daily for three days before increasing to two capsules daily. This is because some people might experience sensitivity initially. I didn’t experience any adverse side effects. I took it every morning on an empty stomach, although I slipped up a couple of times and forgot to take it until after breakfast. I took it every day for 30 days.
And This Happend
My Skin is Noticeably Clearer.
I experience breakouts every so often that can be painful, red, flaky, and inflamed. I’ve noticed far fewer breakouts. The one breakout I’ve had since starting Seed was far less painful, red, or flaky and lasted only a couple days before it cleared up.
My Poops are Easier and Pain Free.
I know…it’s gross to talk about poop, but it’s one of the most noticeable changes that can occur when taking probiotics. As I mentioned, probiotics were my doctors recommendation. That’s because I was experiencing cramps up to two hours before a bowel movement. They were often painful and I felt hot and nauseated during. Even with the best recommended probiotics I tried and a modified diet, I still experienced severe cramping several minutes before and during my bowel movements. Since taking Seed, my poops are pain free.
I Can Eat Whatever I Want
Well, not WHATEVER but I have WAY more freedom. Eating fatty, greasy, or fried foods is pretty much a no-no for me. Doing so greatly increases the chances and the intensity of the symptoms I listed above. Imagine having to evaluate everything you eat, especially in public, because it might send you running to the bathroom in pain for hours. This was such a problem I’d begun to avoid eating in public. Since using Seed, I’ve been able to have pizza with my kids again and hot chocolate with donuts on cold mornings. I even had a chili cheese dog drive-in movie night with the hubs, something I wouldn’t have even risked a month ago.
So What Are Seed Probiotics?
They are a daily synbiotic (a prebiotic + probiotic together in one pill). Their probiotic inner capsule contains 24 probiotic strains studied for strain specific benefits. Their unique nested capsule protects against stomach acid to make sure they get where they’re needed, your colon. The Seed Daily Synbiotic is dairy free, gluten free, allergy free, and vegan.
I Love…
…that Seed is all about the science and adheres to higher scientific standards for their Daily Synbiotic than required by the FDA, like those set by Japan’s Food for Specified Health Uses and the European Food Safety Authority.
…that they use eco friendly packaging. Your welcome kit arrives in a Biodegradable Algae Paper Box with Biodegradable Paper Foam that’s recyclable and compostable. You also receive a recyclable glass jar to keep for your monthly refills and a vial that holds a week of capsules for travel. Refills arrive in compostable, bio-based pouches.
…that they don’t need to be refrigerated.
…what it’s doing for my skin and digestive health.
I Hate
…that the capsules are rather large.
…that the capsules float in my mouth making them a little challenging to swallow.
…the high price. It’s absolutely worth it to me and I will continue with the Seed Daily Synbiotic on my own dime (its that good!), but at $50 a month, it’s not exactly budget friendly.
