It’s Friday and time for my Foodie Favorites! I have a deep love for Mexican food. Imagine my delight when Beth from Budget Bytes added chorizo to one of our family favorites, jambalaya. I use something like this Hamilton Beach Personal Blender and its fantastic. During the school week, school lunches can become pretty routine.
