How to add SPF to any Moisturizer

Mom or not, we all skip something in the morning when time is limited. For me, that something is lotion. Admit it, when you’re in a hurry and wearing jeans, you skip it too. No one will ever know. Besides, have you tried to put lotion on right before your clothes? It’s icky and sticky! So when I saw the commercial for Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer a while back, I had to try it. I’ve been a devotee ever since. Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer is a lightweight, spray lotion that absorbs in seconds. All I have to do is spray and rub and I am instantly ready for clothes, no wait time! Still, I have been waiting patiently for Vaseline to launch a version with SPF but so far, nada.

Recently, I discovered Sephora SPF 30 Sunscreen Body Mist. It is a lightweight, water-resistant, full spectrum sunscreen spray. It goes on dry and best of all it’s not greasy. I hate it when I wear a short skirt and leave an oily spot on my chair from my lotion. It is not a moisturizer. Those looking to replace their current lotion will be disappointed but it is a perfect addition to any moisturizer you currently use. My hubby and kids have dry, eczema prone skin. While I love the Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer, it doesn’t provide enough moisture for them. They use Curel Itch Defense Lotion. Instead of hunting for secondary moisturizers with SPF, we have been able to quickly top off our current favs with the Sephora SPF 30 Sunscreen Body Mist.

The Sephora SPF 30 Sunscreen Body Mist is currently on sale at Sephora for $15.00, regularly $20.00. Sephora Beauty Insiders also receive an additional 15% off until April 10th using code TICKET, VIBs and VIB Rouge until April 11th using code VIBTICKET and ROUGETICKET.
